Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase and feel great in the dress you buy!
If this is not the case, all returns meeting the requirements below will be emailed a FREE pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
- Return requests must be submitted to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are marked FINAL SALE of STORE CREDIT ONLY on the product page are not eligible for a refund.
- Items must be unworn and in the original condition received. It must have the original tags in place, no stains or odors (such as perfume or cigarette smoke), and not be altered.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted and given back to you in the form of a gift card to our site. The gift card expires 1 year from the date it is issued.
- If you paid for expedited shipping to you, this cost will not be refunded.
- If we provided free shipping to you, you will not be required to pay for it in the event of a refund or exchange.
- Once we receive your return, it can take between 5 and 7 business days to process your refund.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our support team will email you back confirming if your return is authorized.
- If authorized, you will automatically be emailed a pre-paid shipping label.
- Once you receive your pre-paid label, stick it on your return package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving the package.
