Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase and feel great in the dress you buy!
If this is not the case, all returns meeting the requirements below will be emailed a FREE pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Return requests must be submitted to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

You can receive a refund for a maximum of 3 qualifying items per order.

Items that are marked FINAL SALE on the product page are not eligible for a refund.

Items must be unworn and in the original condition received. It must have the original tags in place, no stains or odors (such as perfume or cigarette smoke), and not be altered.
RETURN FEES:
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
- If you paid for expedited shipping to you, this cost will not be refunded.
- Once we receive your return, it can take between 5 and 7 business days to process your refund.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Email support@instantdress.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our support team will email you back confirming if your return is authorized.
- If authorized, you will automatically be emailed a pre-paid shipping label.
- Once you receive your pre-paid label, stick it on your return package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving the package.
